Game Overview
Blank feed is a first-person horror experience, where you play as a test subject attempting to escape an experimental facility after waking up on a surgery table, and everyone is dead. Use security cameras to interact with the environment, solving puzzles and distracting the enemy.
My Roles
Level Designer
Designed the full single-player level experience focusing on creating suspenseful close-quarter encounters with the enemy.
Built level grey block within the Unreal Engine, based on design documentation and feedback from team members.
Scripted, tested, tuned and polished the level experiences using the Unreal Blueprint system.
Lead several playtest sessions to ensure the highest possible quality.
Contributed to the implementation of the level lighting.
Scripting
Created dynamic blueprints which allowed for quick iteration and polish.
Implementation of ambient and gameplay sounds.
Resolved complex gameplay bugs or crashes with Blueprint.
